Get Started at TEDD

Begin with a free consultation at our gym.

During this meeting, we’ll give you a quick tour of our unique equipment, (available only at TEDD) and explain how this equipment can help your health and fitness journey. After the tour, we will discuss your history and experiences. You can ask any questions about our Longevity Program. Finally, we will focus on the most essential part of our meeting—your goals and expectations.

Personalized Program

The initial session will begin with an evaluation to assess your strengths and weaknesses. Based on this assessment, we will create a customized program tailored to your age, functional capabilities, and fitness level. During the session, we will review your program, demonstrate proper exercise form, and explain the purpose of each movement along with the expected outcomes.

This custom daily workout can be completed at home or in a gym. This program may be one of several you will engage with before progressing to the next level.

Foundation Program

The Foundation Program is designed to introduce your body to new movements and exercises. It may take time for your body to adapt—possibly six weeks or more. However, completing each workout will lead to positive physical changes as your body adjusts.

This program is intended for the long term; there are no quick fixes. You might follow the Foundation Programs for several weeks before moving on to the Workout of the Day, or you may only need a few sessions—it all depends on your progress.

Workout of the Day (WOD)

A new workout is posted every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Participants may complete the routine any time on the day it is posted or the following day. There are no designated times for sessions to accommodate varying schedules. Consistency is essential for success. The Longevity WOD is the most comprehensive longevity workout available today.

We offer a comprehensive library of training programs designed specifically for various issues that often affect older adults. These include back problems, foot and ankle issues, limitations in rotation, hip problems, and post-surgery recovery, such as after joint replacements. Whatever your concern may be, we have a suitable program for you.
